You will develop and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement custom logic using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Configure and manage Agentforce and Service Cloud AI features.
• Develop integrations using Salesforce APIs, REST, and SOAP services.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and automation issues.
• Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, Einstein Bots, or Service Cloud AI.
• Experience with Omni-Channel and AI integrations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and Middleware tools.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Platform Developer II, Agentforce, or AI Cloud certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning, or Data Loader.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft, Copado, or Gearset for CI/CD.
