Description

You will own the technical implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable solutions to meet customer service and support business requirements.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and external systems.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features like case management and omni-channel routing.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed design documents and provide technical estimates.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including custom solutions and integrations.
• Expert knowledge of advanced Apex programming, including design patterns, bulk patterns, and asynchronous operations.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Components, Visualforce, Apex Controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and JavaScript.
• Experience implementing real-time and batch integrations using REST/SOAP and Bulk APIs.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Salesforce CLI.
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks and the full Development Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile process methodologies.
• Mandatory: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II Certifications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
