Description

You will design and implement custom end-user solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop extensible Lightning Web Components using JavaScript and Lightning Design System.
• Build backend logic in Apex, including Triggers, Classes, and Batch jobs.
• Implement process automation using Flows, Workflow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Manage data integrity through DML operations, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Configure security models via Profiles, Permission sets, Public Groups, and Sharing Rules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of heavy Salesforce development experience including coding and configuration.
• Expertise in Apex programming and JavaScript.
• Strong background in data modeling, object relations, and Salesforce governing limits.
• Experience with VS Code/SFDX and Git-based version control such as Bitbucket.
• Proficiency in DML, SOQL, and SOSL statements.
• Experience with Lightning Design System and Lightning Web Components.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Mobile and Experience Cloud setup.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Test Driven Development (TDD).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Communities, Mulesoft, Einstein, Jira, or Confluence.
• Background in Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Global Markets.
• Salesforce Certifications.
