Description

You will contribute as a squad member to design and implement products through the entire Product Development Lifecycle, including coding, testing, and documentation independently.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in an Agile environment to improve product delivery velocity.
• Implement front-end Proofs of Concept (POCs) with product owners and development team members, moving them to full product delivery.
• Act as a cross-functional team player, augmenting squad needs as required.
• Contribute knowledge to the community of practice and proactively share expertise with squad members.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of technical implementation experience leveraging Salesforce platforms (Service, Experience, Marketing, Sales Cloud).
• 6+ years of expertise configuring Custom Objects & Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
• 4+ years of experience with Apex Development.
• 3+ years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Flows and Process Automation (Process Builder, Flow Builder).
• 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Expertise in Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and data modeling for performance.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong functional knowledge of CRM modules (Contact/Accounts, Case Management).
• Experience with Version Control and familiarity with CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with reporting/analytical tools such as CRM Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with integration platforms like MuleSoft.
