Build and maintain complex Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Develop customer-facing interfaces and integrate external applications with Salesforce.
• Manage Salesforce administration including routing, queues, user security, roles, and profiles.
• Build workflows, approval processes, reports, and dashboards.
• Implement Service Cloud and manage data through Data Cloud and integration layers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of core Salesforce.com development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Process Flows.
• 2+ years of experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Page Templates.
• 2+ years of development experience with Mule.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Omni Channel and data integration.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SFDC and UX integration.
• Integration experience with Angular, React, or OpenCTI.
