Description

Design, implement, and deliver Salesforce products across the full development lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters in an Agile environment.
• Build front-end POCs and transition them to full product delivery.
• Configure custom objects, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Share expertise and contribute to the community of practice.

Required Skills

• 7+ years technical implementation experience on Salesforce platforms.
• 6+ years configuring Custom Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, and Reports.
• 4+ years Apex development experience.
• 3+ years Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
• 5+ years Salesforce Flows and Process Automation (Process Builder, Flow Builder).
• 4+ years integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Expertise in SOQL, data modeling, and CRM modules.
• Experience with Version Control and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft integration platforms.
