Description

You will build and maintain complex Salesforce implementations within a multi-org structure. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and direct platform best practices across Financial Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
• Administer Lead Management software, including fields, relationships, workflow rules, and approval processes.
• Manage security, validation rules, and page layouts for large-scale deployments.
• Develop custom web services and manage integrations using Salesforce APIs and established patterns.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Financial Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud in multi-org structures.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience supporting large organizations.
• Current Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications.
• Platform App Builder certification.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Visualforce.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and Web Services.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud features.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Integration Architect.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS cloud services.
