Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical solutions in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Translate business requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Execute end-to-end development tasks following engineering best practices.
• Communicate technical concepts and progress clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Development (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex.
• Hands-on experience with SOQL and SOSL.
• Experience building interfaces with Visualforce.
• Direct experience working with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong business acumen to function in a consultant capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
