Description

Design and implement customer-facing solutions on the Salesforce platform, translating requirements into technical implementation plans.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Conduct technical process reviews and UATs in partnership with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality code.
• Maintain code quality, design standards, and version control best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds.
• 5+ years of experience with technical Salesforce implementations.
• 4+ years of experience in a consulting environment with client management.
• 2+ years of experience with Financial Service Cloud (FSC).
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services (Banking, Wealth, or Asset Management).
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, Java, C#, SQL, or similar languages.
• Strong experience with LWC, Aura, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP-based web services (APIs).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and large data sets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior developers and technologists.
• Polyglot experience with functional programming languages like Ruby or Python.
