Description

You will design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CRM applications on the Force.com platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, including custom objects, junction objects, and record types.
• Configure security controls using profiles, permission sets, queues, public groups, and field-level security.
• Develop custom applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the LWC Testing Framework.
• Manage data migration and application deployment for large user groups.
• Automate business processes using workflows, process builder, and other automation tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM products.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud setup and customization.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security settings, including sharing settings and user roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce deployment processes.
• Ability to manage page layouts, custom tabs, and custom fields.
• Experience with workflow and process automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
