You will design and implement solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions based on client requirements, covering data model, security model, and integration options.
• Determine customization requirements for the Salesforce platform.
• Create detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Produce system diagrams and data flow diagrams.
• Write technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience.
• Expertise in Data Model design.
• Proficiency in Security Model implementation.
• Familiarity with Integration Options.
• Ability to write technical specifications.
• Any Graduate education.
