Description

You will lead development efforts and mentor the team, building complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex workflows, triggers, and batch processes on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, and standard integration patterns.
• Optimize performance by managing governor limits, refining data models, and applying security best practices.
• Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and lead technical troubleshooting for complex issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Expertise in Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Experience with version control (Git) and DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, VS Code, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security models, and governor limits.
• Proven ability to lead development teams and mentor junior developers.
• Required: Salesforce Certified App Builder and Platform Developer I certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Platform Developer II certification.
• JavaScript Developer certification.
