Description

You will build and extend Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, owning technical design and mentoring junior developers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Lead complex development activities, including custom frameworks and integrations.
• Own technical design documents and solution architecture for assigned modules.
• Guide and mentor junior developers and perform code reviews to ensure quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced Apex development and deep understanding of governor limits.
• Expertise with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong configuration skills in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in SOQL and integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing in Salesforce.
