Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce platform capabilities. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to deliver robust, efficient, and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce solutions
• Build Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations
• Configure Salesforce features including Flows, Validation Rules, and custom objects
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple solution approaches
• Proven problem-solving skills, especially in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex technical issues
• Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security guidelines, and platform best practices
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD practices
