Description

You will design and build technical solutions within the Salesforce stack, owning the development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable Apex code following best practices for high performance.
• Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
• Lead technical solution walkthroughs and present designs to stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and debug source code to ensure quality across the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to build customer experiences and create technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of professional experience, with at least 6 years specifically in Salesforce.
• Proven experience leading at least two end-to-end Salesforce projects in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on development experience with Apex, LWC, and Aura.
• Practical experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations.
• Proficiency with SFDX tools for development and deployment.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Platform, Community, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to design page layouts, approval processes, Visualforce pages, and dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with vendors to build complex customer experiences.
• Strong ability to create comprehensive technical documentation.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
