You will build, integrate, and automate Salesforce solutions with a focus on technical leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and optimize Salesforce Flows for automation.
• Implement Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Apply Sales Cloud best practices and manage configuration, security, and user management.
• Lead technical decisions and guide the development team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Apex, LWC, and Sales Cloud.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Integration Services.
• Strong command of Apex development, including triggers and batch jobs.
• Experience building and optimizing Salesforce Flows.
• Knowledge of API integrations and middleware tools.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and team guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex middleware architectures.
• Background in leading development teams.
