Description

Design, develop, and deploy scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and custom Salesforce solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch processes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Configure platform features including Flows, Validation Rules, and custom objects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and LWC.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce governor limits, security guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD practices.
• Proven problem-solving skills in debugging, performance tuning, and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
