Description

Lead Salesforce platform development with a focus on scalable architecture and integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models using normalization and indexing principles to optimize retrieval.
• Configure and manage Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Build integrations with external systems using various patterns and middleware.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure solution quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience on Salesforce platforms.
• Active Salesforce Certification is required.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Experience with Lightning Component Framework, Visualforce, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of MVC frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
