Description

You will architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across Health, Sales, and Service Clouds within the healthcare payer ecosystem. You own the end-to-end SDLC, from technical design to deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain performant solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Triggers.
• Implement real-time and batch integrations with external data sources using Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter) and Snowflake.
• Advise IT leadership on application quality, risk, and enterprise architecture strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to data security, sharing models, and HIPAA/Salesforce Shield compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on development with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data modeling.
• Experience with integration tools: Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), PowerCenter, and Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, sharing visibility, and operational procedures.
• Holding Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HIPAA, Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP, or BPO licensing models.
