Description

Design and implement technical architecture and solutions for the healthcare payer ecosystem using Salesforce products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Develop automation using Flows and Triggers, and build user interfaces with LWC and Aura.
• Execute real-time and batch integrations using Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, understanding platform limitations and security architecture.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Expertise in Apex programming, LWC, and Aura components.
• Hands-on experience with integration patterns involving Informatica IICS and Snowflake.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, sharing, and visibility.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield and FedRAMP/Salesforce Government Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce operational procedures and system architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as Platform Developer or Application Architect.
