Architect, design, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, bridging business requirements with technical execution.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain performant solutions on the Salesforce platform, including integrations with external data sources.
• Define enterprise application strategy, approve SDLC processes, and advise IT leadership on risk and quality.
• Align enterprise architecture initiatives with Salesforce capabilities, acting as the bridge between business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop solution prototypes and proof-of-concept activities during product evaluation phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution and technical design/implementation on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud within the healthcare payer ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, sharing rules, and visibility settings.
• Proficiency in Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and automation tools like Flows and Triggers.
• Experience with real-time and batch integration patterns using Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, operational procedures, and platform limitations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Platform Developer II.
• Familiarity with HIPAA/Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP/Government Cloud, and BPO/OSP Model licensing.
