Description

You will architect and develop Salesforce solutions for the Employee Desktop project, focusing on the Energy and Utilities Cloud to provide a 360-degree customer view.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop Salesforce solutions using Energy and Utilities Cloud modules to enhance customer service experiences.
• Build high-performance user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Manage system integrations via MuleSoft using RESTful APIs, prioritizing configuration over custom Apex code.
• Mentor team members to improve their technical capabilities and support professional growth.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or Developer.
• Specialized expertise in Energy and Utilities Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs and MuleSoft integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of direct experience with Energy and Utilities Cloud.
• Prior experience developing customer service applications within Salesforce.
