Build and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring high code quality and system security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer, customize, and configure Salesforce using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Prepare design documentation before development work begins.
• Develop high-quality code supported by unit tests and perform peer code reviews.
• Audit and resolve data integrity issues using Dataloader and duplication management tools.
• Maintain the general health and security of all Salesforce orgs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of dedicated Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and web services.
• Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with BitBucket or similar repository tools.
• Knowledge of security concepts including authentication, encryption, SSL, and single sign-on.
• Experience with Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules, and validation rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for heavy collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integration tools like Boomi or Informatica.
• Experience with marketing applications such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with ERP systems including GP, Sage, or NetSuite.
