Description

You will lead the technical execution of enterprise Salesforce implementations, managing end-to-end development, integrations, and lifecycle maintenance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical execution of Salesforce programs, including complex data migrations and system integrations.
• Configure and maintain the Salesforce CRM platform across Classic and Lightning environments.
• Develop process automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
• Manage user security, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
• Provide technical leadership, setting best practices and overseeing deployment and testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Deep proficiency in Apex, Force.com, and relational database concepts.
• Extensive experience with enterprise Salesforce implementations and integrations with Oracle and SAP.
• Proven track record of managing complex data migrations (ETL) into Salesforce.com.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and the quote-to-cash process.
• Proficiency in web services and enterprise data transport technologies.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and constraints.
• Experience with structured system analysis and design methodologies.
• Ability to manage technical change management and release processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AppExchange products and third-party applications.
• Potential for Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
