Description

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification is mandatory for submission (MUST HAVE TO SUMBIT)
• Minimum 4+ years specifically focused on Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities
• Strong hands-on experience leading end-to-end architecture of Experience Cloud sites (must be clearly mentioned on resume)
• Deep understanding of Lightning Web Runtime (LWR) and Aura frameworks
• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), CSS/SLDS, and HTML5
• Experience designing secure solutions using External Identity, SSO, sharing rules, Account Relationship Data Sharing, and Apex Managed Sharing
• Strong experience with Salesforce CLI, SFDX, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Service Cloud experience
• Marketing Cloud experience
• UI/UX experience
• Salesforce Data Cloud integration experience
• Experience with Audience Targeting and Salesforce CMS
• Experience with Headless Flows and asynchronous Apex
