Description

Develop software solutions and manage quality assurance within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and perform quality assurance for Salesforce applications.
• Create system documentation and analyze data requirements for database development and business intelligence reporting.
• Collaborate with IT engineering, operations, and internal clients to build functionality and resolve technical issues.
• Manage technical projects, vendor relationships, and configuration management.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide senior team members on complex assignments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied technical experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Agile-based methodologies, including Scrum and Extreme Programming.
• Current Agile Certification.
• Ability to perform independent analysis and recommend technical solutions to leadership.
• Experience setting standards, timelines, and priorities for project delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
