Description

Own the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, from design to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable components and modules on the Salesforce platform.
• Implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and create scalable implementation plans.
• Refactor code and drive continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning development, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of OOP principles, data security, and object modeling.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies.
• Knowledge of low-code capabilities including validation rules and process flows.
• Ability to make implementation decisions with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex integration patterns beyond basic REST/SOAP.
• Background in system architecture or technical lead roles.
