Description

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Experience Cloud solutions using LWR and Aura.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect Experience Cloud sites, selecting optimal templates (LWR vs. Aura) for performance and SEO requirements.
• Design and implement security models using External Identity, SSO, and complex sharing mechanisms like Account Relationship Data Sharing.
• Define branching strategies and CI/CD pipelines for Experience Cloud metadata to ensure reliable deployments.
• Build modular Lightning Web Components optimized for the LWR framework and implement hyper-personalized content journeys.
• Enforce strict coding standards and governor limit compliance through rigorous code reviews and mentorship.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem, with 4+ years specifically on Experience Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), LWC, Apex, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/SLDS.
• Experience implementing Audience Targeting, Salesforce CMS, Headless Flows, and asynchronous Apex.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CLI, SFDX, and modern DevOps practices for metadata management.
• Ability to integrate with external systems (ERP, AWS, Marketing Cloud) via REST/SOAP and Named Credentials.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer profiles.
