Design and implement technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Ensure data quality and integrity across all Salesforce applications.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and end-user training.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Developer II certification.
• Hands-on experience writing Apex code, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.
• Thorough understanding of governor limits and Salesforce security concepts.
• Experience with the Lightning Framework.
• Knowledge of integration features including future methods, callouts, batch and scheduled Apex, Platform Events, REST, and SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of microservices and SOA.
• Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
