Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and requirements gathering for client projects.
• Design and implement advanced customizations for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers.
• Manage a team of 12-15 engineers as the technical lead.
• Mentor team members on integration patterns and Salesforce best practices.
• Optimize system performance while adhering to Governor limits.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical roles.
• 3-4 years of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• 4+ years of experience with Integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Apex and Lightning UI.
• Deep architectural understanding of Salesforce CRM implementations.
• Salesforce Admin certification.
• Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Sales Cloud certification.
• Service Cloud certification.
