Description

You will own the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom Salesforce components using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Oversee integration development between Salesforce and external enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including code reviews, enforcing standards, and implementing CI/CD practices.
• Develop and optimize platform functionality using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex Triggers.
• Guide and mentor the development team on best practices for Salesforce development and architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development.
• Expert proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Deep experience building components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs, specifically REST and SOAP integration patterns.
• Proficiency with JavaScript and configuration tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Governor Limits.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
