You will design, develop, test, and deploy maintainable programmatic solutions within the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable programmatic solutions, participating in the full application lifecycle from technical design through deployment.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to maintain core Client Group Systems architecture and provide expertise on Salesforce core and Lightning architecture.
• Expose Apex classes as custom web services and utilize Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk).
• Communicate project progress using Jira and time tracking systems.
• Manage version control, conduct Git PRs and code reviews, and ensure code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience with programmatic concepts including Future methods, Scheduled Jobs, and Queueable Jobs.
• Experience using declarative tools like Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and Auto-launched Flows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX (sfdx, sf v2) and metadata deployment/retrieval.
• Knowledge of core platform concepts: Data modeling, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing Settings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with package-based development.
• Familiarity with Apex frameworks (fflib, APEX Enterprise Patterns).
