Salesforce Developer

You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Public Sector Solutions and Experience Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom applications, integrations, and automation using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Implement data models, workflows, process builders, and Lightning flows to optimize business processes.
• Manage data migration strategies and ETL processes to maintain data integrity.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least two years in a lead or senior role.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions or Experience Cloud (DXP).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK), SQL, and Oracle.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with authentication patterns including SAML, SSO, and OAuth.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0/2.1 and ARIA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect.
