Description

You will build and maintain technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Design system architectures and integration patterns for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
• Conduct JAD sessions with stakeholders to document technical requirements and perform impact analysis.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate code, software, and data issues in production.
• Manage development workflows using Jira with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with Lightning components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Kanban, and Scrum.
• Experience conducting Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
• Ability to work within Federal, SCIO, and DHHS security and privacy frameworks.
• Competency in writing technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and system designs.
