You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy technical solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Collaborate with administrators and project teams to plan, document, and implement technical requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs and other integration methods.
• Lead onshore and offshore engineering teams while enforcing coding standards and debugging existing code.
• Manage data model design, including custom objects and junction objects, following SDLC and agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Proficiency with REST APIs and enterprise application integration.
• Strong knowledge of data model design and Salesforce modeling.
• Proficiency in SDLC processes and agile methodologies.
• Platform Developer I (PD1) certification.
• Platform Developer II (PD2) certification.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and recommending AppExchange products.
