Description

You will own technical analysis, design, development, and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Apply Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices to customizations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Lead technical initiatives including integration, app development, deployment, and unit/system testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects for planned releases and production issues.
• Provide support for deployment tasks and participate in after-hours on-call rotations.

Required Skills

• 1 year of experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Experience with Informatica Powercenter.
• Experience with Hyperion.
• Technical analysis and design capabilities.
• Development and troubleshooting expertise.
• Ability to travel and/or relocate to various locations throughout the US.

Preferred Skills

• MS in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer, Electronic, Electrical), or a related field.
