Description

You will build and maintain custom functionality on the Force.com platform to support business and commercial teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom objects, workflow rules, Visualforce pages, and complex Apex classes.
• Design system integrations using REST and Web Services, including tools like NetSuite.
• Translate user requirements into technical solutions through direct stakeholder collaboration.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including sandbox management, version control, and automated deployment.
• Perform functional testing, fix defects, and coach other developers on Salesforce practices.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Force.com and Salesforce development.
• Hands-on expertise with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Process Builder, and Workflows.
• Experience with Lightning, Communities, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, and Chatter.
• Strong understanding of Web Services API and Apex integrations.
• Experience using version control and automated deployment tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Project management experience.
• Experience working directly with Product Managers and SFDC admins.
