You will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, owning the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical Salesforce architecture focused on scalability and performance.
• Lead the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specs and test plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project managers to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models and data models.
• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
