Design and develop technical solutions on the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test custom code, integrations, and data migrations.
• Configure and administer the Salesforce platform to meet business objectives.
• Analyze and resolve application issues while providing end-user support.
• Create technical documentation and participate in code reviews to maintain quality.
• Evaluate software packages to provide buy vs. build recommendations.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of Salesforce Application Development experience.
• Expertise in Apex Triggers, Classes, Batch Classes, and Controllers.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Components, Aura, and Communities.
• Proficiency in integrating web services using REST APIs and SOAP APIs.
• Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limitations and Force.com best practices.
• Solid grasp of development and release procedures and upgrade cycles.
• Strong software architecture, design, and unit testing abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with data migration strategies for complex enterprise systems.
