Description

Own the analysis, documentation, and testing lifecycle for Salesforce configurations.

Responsibilities

• Document and update detailed business requirements and functional design specifications for Salesforce configurations.
• Log and manage configuration ticket requests.
• Create use cases for QE, E2E, and UAT testing cycles based on functional specs.
• Support and execute validations for QE and E2E testing.
• Manage planning, scheduling, and issue resolution for E2E and UAT cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Experience with Java.
• Strong background in business process flows and documentation.
• Ability to work directly with business customers to gather requirements.
• Prior BSA experience within a GTM business area.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
