Description

You will build, configure, and integrate Salesforce solutions to meet specific customer requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure customizations, integrations, and implementation projects within defined product boundaries.
• Collaborate with team leads, UI developers, QA, and BAs to deliver projects according to established plans.
• Engage in customer and partner interactions for requirements gathering, solutioning, sprint reviews, and UAT management.
• Act as the technical contact for the support team to resolve delivery issues reported by customers.
• Train and guide newly onboarded Salesforce developers on configurations and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of development experience, preferably in Salesforce.
• Proficiency in writing Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com, SOQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and SFDX.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
• Experience using GitHub or other version control software.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and solution deployment.
• Technical project management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with projects or products in the banking domain.
