Description

You will build and maintain contact center solutions within a Salesforce environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Salesforce Omnichannel with AWS Connect for CTI functionality.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Execute customizations, performance testing, and deployments within an Agile workflow.
• Manage integrations using RESTful services and Service Cloud configurations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional development experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Omnichannel and AWS Connect integration.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and REST.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, SAP, and Salesforce CPQ.
