Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance customer service operations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and architects to deliver high-quality, performance-driven Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on Service Cloud
• Customize and configure Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Omni-Channel, CTI, and Knowledge
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
• Optimize Service Cloud performance and ensure best practices for security and scalability
• Participate in requirement analysis, technical design, and code reviews
• Provide production support, debugging, and issue resolution
• Maintain technical documentation and follow Salesforce release updates

• Debugging and performance optimization
• Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, SFDX, CI/CD)
