Description

You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions focused on Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Service Cloud features including Cases, Queues, Omni-Channel, and CTI integrations.
• Develop Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for complex business logic.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with third-party systems.
• Optimize solution performance, ensure security best practices, and conduct code reviews.
• Provide production support, debug issues, and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Deep expertise in Service Cloud: Case Management, Escalation Management, Entitlements, Knowledge, and Assignment Rules.
• Proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable).
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
• Strong command of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules).
• Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and CTI integration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Screen Flows).
• Experience with SFDX and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce release updates and migration strategies.
• Background in requirement analysis and technical design collaboration.
