Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex development, Lightning components, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration platforms.
• Build scalable custom applications and automate business processes within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and optimize Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
• Implement Salesforce security and sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing.
• Support CI/CD deployments and DevOps best practices.
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 to 8  years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning development.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with large-scale Salesforce implementations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
• Marketing Cloud integration exposure
• Experience in Healthcare, Financial Services, or Retail domains
• Knowledge of CPQ or CRM Analytics
