Description

You will design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define CRM requirements by collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications and customer workflows.
• Analyze project objectives to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
• Test application stability, performance, and functionality across releases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex bugs and system issues.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in application and software development.
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and Native Development.
• Familiarity with Maven or Eclipse.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve complex, high-level software and application issues.
