Description

Design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce applications that support evolving CRM needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Analyze project objectives and create end-to-end customer workflows.
• Define development timelines, perform testing, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure application stability.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide training to Salesforce users and support teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application and software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Maven or Eclipse.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administration experience.
• Salesforce Functional Design expertise.
