You will design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions with a primary focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
Responsibilities
- Configure FSL components including service territories, resources, work types, scheduling policies, and mobile settings.
- Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, middleware, and web services.
- Create custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and flows to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and FSL functionality issues while participating in code reviews and CI/CD deployment planning.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Deep understanding of the FSL data model, scheduling engine, dispatcher console, and mobile features.
- Experience with declarative tools including Flows and Process Builder.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and third-party connectors.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
- Any Graduate degree.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Field Service Consultant certification.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Salesforce mobile development, and Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of Git, Jira, DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset), and testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, GIS, or asset management tools.
