Design, develop, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch/scheduled jobs, and LWC components across multiple program domains (grants, licensing, environmental compliance).
Build and enhance Experience Cloud portals supporting citizen self-service for program applications, document submission, voucher redemption, and status tracking.
Develop and manage OmniStudio OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards supporting grant application workflows.
Configure and extend Grantmaking functionality including funding awards, bid management, evaluation forms, and disbursement records.
Maintain and improve complex automation including 130+ Flows, scheduled batch jobs, and trigger frameworks integrated with third-party systems.
Maintain and extend Public Sector Solutions (PSS) including licensing, permitting, and regulatory compliance features.
Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Write and maintain unit tests meeting code coverage standards; conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Participate in release management, sandbox management, and deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX (SFDX).
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows).
Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud (portal design, authentication, guest user security, login flows).
Experience working with Public Sector Solutions (PSS) or similar industry clouds.
Familiarity with Grantmaking or grant lifecycle management in Salesforce.
Proven ability to build and debug complex multi-step Flows and Process Builder replacements.
Experience with batch/scheduled Apex, platform events, and asynchronous processing patterns.
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules) as it applies to citizen-facing portals.
Experience with external document management or storage integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, callouts).
Proficiency with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong communication skills for working directly with non-technical government stakeholders.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, strongly preferred given our roadmap to leverage AI agents for application triage, program eligibility guidance, and citizen self-service automation.
Active Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, or OmniStudio Consultant.
Experience with PDF generation platforms (Visualforce/LWC-based certificate and document generation).
Background in environmental regulatory programs, government incentive programs, or permitting workflows.
Familiarity with voucher lifecycle management, round-robin assignment patterns, or complex approval workflows.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards for public-facing portals
