Description

You will lead programming activities and project delivery within an agile SDLC framework to meet business requirements and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programming projects, managing team schedules, workloads, and delivery metrics to ensure on-time performance.
• Design, document, and review functional and system specifications while ensuring work remains within defined scope.
• Perform full-lifecycle development including analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation using APEX, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop complex workflows and use Salesforce APIs to integrate with legacy and external systems.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, test-driven development, and DoIT coding standards.
• Manage the application backlog, oversee production problem resolution, and collaborate with administrators on release cycles.
• Provide personnel management, guidance, and technical assistance to Application Team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expertise in APEX development, VisualForce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs for system integration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
• Ability to implement test-driven development and follow "no code, low code, custom" principles.
• Experience managing team capacity, estimates, and delivery metrics.
• Knowledge of data management and protecting PHI/PII/PCI data.
• Competency in grooming and refining application backlogs.
